There is no average - some actors are in their teens and some are much older before they make it.

They start with a parking lot the size of one at Wal*Mart, in Huston, Chicago, Beloit . . . with those post-and rope barriers like they have at banks and Disneyland to keep thousands people snaking forward efficently. They show 7 - 15 hopefuls, some of whom go on to the next level. The rest go home.
Hold onto your dreams, but don’t quit your day job.
You might be able to read “How I was discovered” by some famous actors, either on-line or in biographies on paper.

An actors life what they sure can achieve through practice in life what they sure can act and 50s to walk talk carry yourself in demand but not important obviously many average but not everything watch old days in demand but they would put through.
